Architectural Control Committee
Harris Branch Residential Property Owners has an ACC committee.
PURPOSE: One of the most effective methods of assuring that the master plan concept established for Harris Branch will be protected is through the establishment of consistent standards for design review. In order to accomplish this objective, the ACC reviews applications and design documents for all new construction, including landscaping. Each Application is evaluated on its own merit with reasonable flexibility for design function and creativity.
All exterior modifications or improvements should be approved through the community association’s architectural control process. Please complete the architectural request form.
